Subscription at a glance

See your price before paying

New website plans use the fixed 30-, 90-, or 180-day periods below. The first payment is due at purchase, the second is scheduled 24 hours later, and the third 48 hours after purchase.

Three initial payments, then automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the next billing period, your subscription automatically renews for the same selected 30-, 90-, or 180-day period. At the start of each renewal period, we charge the full plan price in one payment. The three-payment arrangement applies only to the first term.

Cancel with the billing provider

Manage web billing in OnlyFit and Google Play or Apple App Store/iTunes billing in the account used for that store purchase. Manage Meta Horizon Store billing in the Meta account used for that purchase.

Free test access is separate

Existing free test access ends on its stated date. It does not renew or turn into a paid subscription automatically. A paid subscription requires a separate purchase you confirm.

These Subscription Terms are issued by Internet Investments Group, the provider of OnlyFit. They supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and pricing

New website plans use the fixed 30-, 90-, or 180-day periods below. The first payment is due at purchase, the second is scheduled 24 hours later, and the third 48 hours after purchase.

PlanDay 1 · purchaseDay 2 · after 24 hoursDay 3 · after 48 hoursPeriodPlan total / renewal

3-month plan0.79 USD34.60 USD34.60 USD90 days69.99 USD
6-month plan0.72 USD64.44 USD64.44 USD180 days129.60 USD

The second and third payments are equal. The first payment includes any rounding adjustment so all three payments add up to the exact plan price. Renewal charges use the full plan price. These prices and payment amounts apply only to new subscriptions; existing subscriptions keep their agreed amounts and payment schedule. Applicable taxes and bank fees may apply. Review the amounts and timing before paying.

2. Free test access and introductory offers

If you have free test access, it lasts only until the end date shown for that access. No payment method is charged for it, and it does not automatically renew or convert to a paid plan.

If a free trial or introductory price is offered for a subscription, the applicable checkout or app-store purchase screen will show its duration and the price and interval that follow before you confirm the purchase. A store trial may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel it in the relevant store by that platform’s trial cancellation deadline. Existing OnlyFit free test access does not convert without a separate purchase.

3. Installments and automatic renewal

Paid access starts after confirmation of the first payment and depends on subsequent payments being confirmed. Once all three initial payments have succeeded, the first term is fully paid. A failed payment may interrupt access. Store purchases follow their provider’s terms.

Unless you cancel before the next billing period, your subscription automatically renews for the same selected 30-, 90-, or 180-day period. At the start of each renewal period, we charge the full plan price in one payment. The three-payment arrangement applies only to the first term. Existing website subscriptions purchased under daily-billing terms keep their original daily charges and automatic end date; they do not convert to this new scheme. Existing free access does not become paid automatically.

4. Website payments

By confirming a website purchase, you authorize Internet Investments Group to charge your selected payment method for the three amounts shown before purchase and for subsequent full-price renewals until canceled. Payment processing and any required bank authentication may affect the time a charge completes.

Stripe shows the amount to be charged before confirmation. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion or processing fees. Applicable taxes are handled as required by law.

5. App-store purchases

If you buy an OnlyFit subscription through Google Play billing or Apple App Store/iTunes in-app billing, the applicable platform charges the payment method associated with the Google Account or Apple Account used for that purchase. The store purchase screen and receipt, rather than the website pricing table, govern the applicable price, currency, billing interval, introductory offer, renewal terms, and any taxes disclosed by the platform.

The platform administers recurring charges, payment-method changes, and cancellation of its store-billed subscription. You are responsible for managing and stopping automatic renewal in the subscriptions settings of the same Google Account or Apple Account used for the purchase, before the platform’s applicable renewal deadline. An action in your OnlyFit account does not cancel a store-billed subscription.

You can manage a Google Play subscription or follow Apple’s instructions to manage and cancel an App Store/iTunes subscription using the links below. The platform’s terms and refund procedure apply to its billing, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

If you buy an OnlyFit subscription in the Meta Horizon Store or in the Quest app through Meta billing, Meta charges the payment method associated with the Meta account used for the purchase. The Meta purchase screen and receipt show the price, currency, billing period, taxes, and any trial or introductory offer. Website prices do not apply to that purchase.

Meta subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in the Meta account used for purchase. A Meta free trial may become a paid subscription when it ends under the terms shown by Meta. You can cancel in the Meta Horizon mobile app, the Store Account tab on a Quest headset, or your profile settings on the Meta Horizon Store website. Access normally continues until the end of the current trial or paid period. Deleting the app or your OnlyFit account does not cancel Meta billing.

For a Meta billing question or refund request, use the purchase receipt and Meta support process. Meta subscription and refund terms apply to its charges, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contact OnlyFit support for an access problem. Meta currently states that subscription payments are generally non-refundable; mandatory legal rights remain.

6. Cancellation

Cancel in your OnlyFit subscription settings before the next scheduled payment to stop future charges. If you do not cancel before the next billing period begins, we charge the full price again for your chosen period.

  1. Open your OnlyFit subscription settings and cancel your Stripe website subscription before its next scheduled charge.
  2. If you cannot cancel a website subscription from your OnlyFit account, contact support from the email address used for the purchase and include the transaction identifier. For a store-billed subscription, cancel directly through Google Play or Apple as described in section 5. For a Meta-billed subscription, cancel through the Meta account used for purchase as described in section 5.
  3. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Do not rely on deleting the app, requesting deletion of your OnlyFit account, or stopping use to stop recurring billing.

Cancellation stops future charges after the current paid billing period and normally keeps access until that period ends. During the first three days, this can end access before the full plan term. After all three installments are paid, access continues through the paid term. Cancellation does not automatically refund completed payments.

7. Changes to subscription fees

The amounts agreed for the first term are fixed. We may change prices for future purchases or renewals with any notice and consent required by law. Cancel before the next billing period if you do not want to renew.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to each website payment, including an installment or renewal. A payment may qualify for review if requested within 14 calendar days and there has been no meaningful use of paid access since that payment, subject to verification and mandatory rights.

For subscriptions billed by Google Play or Apple App Store/iTunes, submit a refund request through the applicable platform’s process identified in the purchase receipt. Its refund rules apply to that transaction, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For Meta-billed subscriptions, use the Meta purchase receipt and support process for billing or refund requests, subject to mandatory legal rights.
