Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Internet Investments Group uses cookies and similar browser technologies on the OnlyFit website and plan builder, and how you can manage them.

A browser-session cookie supports account and site security. A separate cookie remembers your selected language.
The plan builder saves progress in your browser session. Campaign details can also be held in the server-side session.
Meta Pixel, Google tags and Microsoft Clarity load automatically across the website to measure visits and advertising results.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small value that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Session cookies normally end with the browser session; persistent cookies have an expiry date. Browser session storage keeps data in the browser without sending it automatically with each request. A pixel is code that contacts another provider when a page loads and may use cookies or similar identifiers. These technologies may be provided by OnlyFit or by a third party.
2. Cookies set by OnlyFit
The following cookies are used by the current OnlyFit website. The administrator cookie is limited to the protected administrator area.

OnlyFit may set _fbp and _fbc for up to 90 days as website measurement runs automatically. Session cookies remain necessary for sign-in and security.
3. Quiz storage and campaign information
The plan builder uses browser session storage to keep your answers and progress while you complete the quiz. These answers may include health-related details. This storage is not a cookie and is not automatically sent with every page request. Restarting the quiz clears its saved progress; closing your browser session or clearing site data can also remove it. If you create a profile, information you agree to save is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Campaign parameters in a link, such as utm_source or cmp, may be kept temporarily on the server in the session associated with onlyfit_session. If you create an account, normalized first-touch attribution values may be stored with your customer record as explained in our Privacy Policy. This campaign record is separate from the Meta _fbp cookie described above.
4. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
Meta Pixel, GTM, direct GA4 and Clarity load automatically across website pages. Meta receives PageView when a visitor-facing website page loads, ViewContent when the quiz opens, QuizStart after age selection, Lead after account creation, InitiateCheckout after Stripe Checkout creation, and Subscribe after Stripe confirms the first paid subscription. Matching browser and server Meta events share an event ID; the server can send Subscribe without a return visit. GA4 receives page_view on load; Clarity measures interactions and session playback.
Meta receives event details, page URL, IP, user agent, available _fbp and _fbc IDs, SHA-256 hashes of normalized email and account ID when known, and Subscribe value and currency. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. OnlyFit does not add quiz answers, health data, birth dates or saved profile details to Meta event payloads. The quiz area and account and support pages are masked for Clarity playback.
Website tracking runs automatically. Browser controls and Meta or Google advertising settings may limit some data collection, but browser controls may not stop server-side Conversions API events. Contact us through the support page to exercise applicable privacy rights, including an objection or opt-out where available.
5. How to manage these technologies
Your browser settings can block or delete cookies and clear site data, including session storage. Most browsers also offer controls for third-party cookies and tracking. If you disable the OnlyFit session cookie, sign-in, form actions, or saving a profile may stop working; quiz answers can remain in browser session storage. Removing the language cookie resets your language preference.
Browser tracking controls and your Meta or Google account advertising settings may limit information Meta or Google collects or uses. Browser controls may not prevent server-side Conversions API events. These settings are provided by your browser or the relevant provider, and their availability varies. Clearing OnlyFit browser storage does not by itself delete a profile already saved to your OnlyFit account.
You can use our support page to exercise an applicable privacy right, including a right to object or opt out where available. This request is separate from changing your browser settings.
6. Other services and further information
Stripe hosts payment checkout on its own pages. Cookies or similar technologies used on those pages are governed by Stripe’s notices. OnlyFit does not store your full card number or security code.

We may update this policy when the website, its tracking technologies, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version here and update the date above.
